Truth be told, my parents were my greatest inspiration.
As a recent graduate from LSU in 2009 I was only dreaming of a job in medical sales. I had never worked retail a day in life before jumping head first into this “gig” that was only “buying me time” while the economy was down. Clueless defined me. I've been direction-less at markets where I was easily the bad example of what a successful person represented. Laughing stock, indeed. I didn’t care what people thought. I was grateful for the opportunity, had something to prove, determined & still (ya ready?) clueless!
And the tiny old Sprint store (painted Big Bird yellow) became a place I would call home.
I valued my customer relationships over keeping up with the crowd. I learned from anyone I could and focused on how I could better myself each day. Maintaining impeccable style was (and still remains) crucial because even on the bad days those clothes made me feel like a million bucks! I did me. In my own lane. While doing so, the people I called clients became friends and today most are dang near family! The relationships I’ve built alone are my greatest success. There is really no other place I would rather be.
It is my continued goal to make the style search fuss-free, personable when needed, and desirable. At Mingle we curate looks that are suitable for person, body type, and lifestyle needs. We will maintain the same extraordinary level of customer service virtually as we do face-to-face in store. It is in our priority to form many more relationships from a distance, while through a computer screen. Thank you for your support.
