RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED AND ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS VIA USPS, UPS, AND FEDEX.
Items must be returned within 7 business days from date of purchase, in like new condition, and with all original tags attached. Like new condition is unwashed, unworn, free from make-up, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, stains, and 100% smoke-free. No exceptions.
After the 7 day time frame has expired, your item(s) will not be eligible for return.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN/ EXCHANGE?
There is no return authorization needed. Be sure to include original packing slip and kindly take the proper measures to protect merchandise when packaging. Please ship your eligible return to the address below:

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Additional items that are not listed on the original packing slip will not be eligible for a return and will not be calculated in your store credit.
Due to high demand and short shelf life on merchandise we do not offer an exchange option. Should you need a different size in a certain item, we suggest repurchasing the correct size.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
We do not issue refunds to original method of payment. Store credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. Mingle reserves the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on returned condition. Once processed, you can expect an emailed e-gift card within 1-3 business days. We receive new arrivals weekly and would love to personally assist you in finding something if your purchase does not work out. Please contact us for further assistance.

- We only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- Jewelry, intimates, swimwear, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for a return.
- Accessories are jewelry, hats, scarves, candles, sunglasses, handbags + belts.
- Intimates are camisoles, bralettes, swimwear, bras, bandeaus, underwear, all one- size items, and bodysuits.
- The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be post marked for return within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- We are not responsible for the reshipment costs of ineligible items shipped to us. You will be responsible for the costs to have your items sent back to you.
- All sale and flash sale items are not eligible for returns and therefore are final sale.
- Store credit does not expire.
