I absolutely LOVE this boutique and cannot say enough wonderful things about the owner, Jene, and her amazing team! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for as a customer.
The boutique recently went live and released a shirt that I really wanted. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to add it to my cart fast enough before it sold out. I came into the store the next day to see if a large would fit, but I realized I really needed an XL. Jene was there, and what stood out to me the most was that she remembered me and knew exactly which shirt I was looking for. She went above and beyond and ordered my size for me!
And when I tell you, she did NOT take long! Within about a week, my shirt was in and ready for me to pick up. I was so impressed with how quickly she took care of everything. That kind of customer service truly means so much!
Jene and her staff are incredibly sweet, attentive, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers and their community. You can tell that this isn’t just a business to them—they truly value the people who support them.
I am so grateful for the way I was treated and for the extra effort Jene made to make sure I got the shirt I wanted. That personal touch and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out to me.
